Baldock Town look to bounce back from Tuesday's disappointing 4-2 home defeat to Biggleswade with a huge First Round Proper tie in The Buildbase FA Vase against Biggleswade United on Saturday afternoon.

United currently occupy 11th position in the SSML Premier Division (one division above ourselves), but have games in hand on the sides above them. They impressively saw off high flyers Berkhamsted 2-0 last Saturday despite playing most of the match with 10 men. On Tuesday they exited the Beds Senior Cup on penalties after a 0-0 draw with Southern League Kempston Rovers.

As for the Reds they have only lost once in all competitions in the last 14 games and they will make the short trip to Second Meadow hoping to cause an upset.
