We were saddened to learn last weekend that former Baldock Town Goalkeeper Lee Bozier passed away at the age of 52 after a tough battle with cancer.

A product of St Albans City's Youth Team, Lee progressed through their Reserves and into the First Team; he later moved to Stevenage Borough before joining Baldock Town.

A popular figure at Baldock Town during his spell at the club in the mid-90s, Lee was part of the same squad that featured former Premier League striker Kevin Phillips.

The Hertfordshire football community has lost a much-loved footballing figure in Lee and we would like to extend our condolences to his family at this difficult time.
