NEW SIGNING...KIND OF!!!

We'd like to formally welcome Lanre Balogun to Baldock Town!

Although Lanre (or "Larry" as he is more affectionately known) signed for Baldock Town at the back end of 2020, he is yet to make his debut.

A former scholar at Dagenham & Redbridge, he spent time on loan in the Swedish 3rd tier with IFK Holmsund and in the UK at Canvey Island FC; more recently "Larry" has been on the books of local sides Stotfold and Welwyn Garden City.

"Larry" has already shown in preseason that he is a powerful centre forward with good hold-up play and an eye for goal to add firepower to our frontline.
