League leaders Welwyn Garden City are visitors to Top Field on Wednesday evening. The Citizens have been top of the pile for some time now and although they cannot win the league on Wednesday night, a victory will send them ten points clear and only Bedford will be able to prevent them from lifting the title. However, victory will clinch promotion for Adam Fisher's men.

Baldock will look to be party-poopers as they hope to maintain their recent revival that has seen them win four and draw one of their last six games. Town currently sit 10th in the SSML Division One table and realistically they can only now finish as high as 8th.

Both teams have one win apiece this season. Welwyn a 1-0 win in the league in thick fog at Herns Lane in November, whilst Baldock were 4-1 victors in the Herts Senior Centenary Trophy in December at Top Field.
