In the brilliant sunshine against a young development team from Welwyn Garden City, Josh Furness put the Reds ahead in the first of three 30 minute sessions. Minutes later Josh was fouled and so Luke Gregson stepped up and slotted a penalty home. The second third saw defender Stuart Pearson scoring and the game finished 3-0.

However the score could easily have been more, Alex Coppin hit the crossbar and Josh had a goal disallowed. In fairness the WGC goalkeeper pulled off some great saves as well.
